Now and again I get questions from readers (both old and new). If they seem relevant this is where they end up.

Q. I’m an original reader of the old “…she’s a flight risk” blog. What happened to it?
A. First of all, lovely to see you again. I am always thrilled to hear from old readers. Drop me a note, will you? Though cloistered away from prying eyes, the blog still exists. After so many years it seems off to hide it, but I was more careless with much of my prose back then, and the last thing I would want would be to draw attention to any third parties who might prefer to lurk in the shadows.

Q. Do you still fly?
A. Much less often than I would like, but then anyone with “the bug” would say that. I get occasional hours in a C-172SP, PC-12, a Baron 58, and (when I am really lucky) a King Air B90.

Q. Do you ever meet fans?
A. Until recently the answer was a definitive “no”, but in the last several months I have made two notable exceptions.

Q. Do you plan to make more exceptions?
A. No. They were two, unique one-offs (so to speak).

Q: Okay, so who are you actually, in real life?
A. That would be telling.
